1. Products & Orders

  • We sell pet products: smart cat toilets, location collars, and cat toys.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

Smart Cat Toilets (Electrical Safety):

  • Read all instructions before first use.

  • Do not use with damaged cord or plug.

  • Keep away from water sources (except as designed).

  • Unplug before cleaning or moving.

  • Keep out of reach of small children (pinch points, electrical parts).

  • Ensure proper ventilation around the unit.

Location Collars (Battery & RF Safety):

  • Use only approved charging cables and adapters.

  • Do not leave collar on cat if it causes skin irritation.

  • Check fit regularly; collars should be snug enough to stay on but allow two fingers between collar and neck.

  • Remove collar before bathing your cat.

  • GPS and cellular collars emit radio frequency energy. These devices comply with FCC RF exposure limits. However, do not modify the antenna or transmitter.

Cat Toys (Choking & Ingestion Hazard):

  • Supervise your cat during play.

  • Inspect toys regularly for loose parts, torn fabric, or damage.

  • Remove and replace damaged toys immediately to prevent ingestion.

  • Keep small parts away from children.

  • Remove batteries from electronic toys if not in use.

3. Safety Standards Compliance
Our products comply with:

  • Smart Cat Toilets: FCC Part 15, UL certification

  • Location Collars: FCC Part 15C, SAR-tested per KDB 447498

  • Cat Toys: ASTM F963 (where applicable) for mechanical/physical safety, chemical composition, and flammability

  • All Products: California Proposition 65 where applicable

4. FCC Compliance Statements
For devices with wireless functionality (smart cat toilets, location collars):

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

5. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
We comply with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.), which requires clear disclosure of warranty terms before purchase. Warranty details are provided with each product.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper use, electrical issues, pet injury, ingestion of toy parts).
